About Dr. Peng

Forensic Toxicology:

Dr. Peng started his career as a forensic toxicologist in 1997 as a chemist working at a NIDA certified urine testing lab in Indianapolis, IN.  He moved on as an assistant director with the Indiana Department of Toxicology for 2 years.  In 2003, Dr. Peng moved to Florida and spent more than 8 years with Broward County Examiner Office. From 2011 to 2013, he was the lab supervisor of Henderson City of Police Crime Lab in the great State of Nevada.

Dr. Peng has been a forensic toxicology consultant since 2006.  He has been worked with defense and prosecutor attorneys as well as insurance companies.

Medical Toxicology:

Dr. Peng is a lab director for CLIA certified urine drug testing labs (physician owned lab-POL and reference lab)  in states of Massachusetts, Illinois, Georgia, New York and Nevada for pain management physicians and professionals.    Dr. Peng is very familiar with federal and state rules and regulations for a urine drug testing lab.  Dr. Peng is specialized in setting up and managing both POL and reference labs, including LCMSMS method development and validation.
